Nurse Coaching is holistic support provided by a Registered Nurse to help clients achieve their personal wellness goals.

It involves building trust, identifying health issues, understanding health history, setting goals, connecting with resources, and empowering each client to reach their goals.

Unlike traditional nursing, Nurse Coaching takes a proactive holistic approach, addressing body, mind, and spirit.

Certified Personal Trainer

Michelle Schmidt is a certified Nurse Coach providing personalized health and wellness coaching to help you achieve your health goals. She will work with you to identify your goals, and create a customized plan that can include personal fitness training, nutrition and meal planning, or mindfulness guidance. Whatever that looks like for you!
